Amira Sajwani

Amira Sajwani is an Emirati entrepreneur and one of the UAE’s leading business figures, serving as Managing Director of Sales and Development at DAMAC Properties, Founder and CEO of PRYPCO, Co-Founder and CEO of AlphaHAS, and Co-Founder and COO of Amali Properties. Amira's work is defined by a strategic approach and a commitment to delivering excellence across her ventures. At DAMAC Properties, the flagship arm of DAMAC Group, Amira oversees the full development lifecycle of properties, ensuring that every phase, from design and construction to sales, marketing, and analytics, maximises value. She also manages DAMAC’s network of direct and independent sales agents, focusing on initiatives that strengthen partnerships and enhance sales effectiveness. Through PRYPCO, Amira has simplified real estate transactions in the UAE, providing the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the market with confidence. In 2022, she co-founded Amali Properties with her brother, Ali Sajwani, creating ultra-luxury villas known for their high level of customisability and unique design. In 2024, she co-founded AlphaHAS, a holding company with bringing together a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, technology, consumer ventures, and private markets. In addition to her business roles, Amira serves as a judge on the reality TV series Shark Tank. As a keen-eyed investor herself, she seeks disruptive ideas from show participants where she evaluates startups based on their innovation, market potential, and leadership. Amira is a graduate of University College London (UCL) and the London School of Economics (LSE) and is an advocate for women in business and education.
