Prypco Real Estate facilitates the processing of UAE Golden Visa applications under the Dubai Land Department (DLD) scheme for eligible property investors.**
By proceeding with the application, the applicant authorises Prypco Real Estate to collect, use and share personal information with authorised third-party partners solely for the purpose of UAE visa processing. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
This facilitation supports accurate submission and handling of applications in accordance with prescribed government formats and procedures.
All Golden Visa applications are subject to UAE government laws, regulations and authority discretion, and the final decision of the relevant authorities shall be binding.***

Services, Timelines & Charges
The standard processing timeline for Golden Visa applications is approximately 10 - 15 working days from the date all required documents, information, and applicable payments are received. Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary due to authority requirements, public holidays, security reviews, or additional documentation requests.
Prypco Real Estate’s services include:
Document collection and preliminary verification
Application submission under the appropriate visa category
Coordination of required formalities
Facilitation of visa issuance upon successful approval
Exceptional or non-standard cases, where applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to government approval and additional requirements.
Payments, Refunds & Applicant Obligations
All visa processing payments are collected exclusively by Prypco Real Estate LLC.
Applicants must submit valid copies of applicable documents as per government norms to initiate processing.
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and validity of all information provided.
Refund Policy
In the event of rejection at any stage by the competent authority:
Prypco’s service fees are non-refundable, as services would have already been rendered.
Government fees, medical testing fees, Emirates ID charges, insurance premiums or third-party costs may be subject to the refund rules of the relevant authority/ provider.
Cancellation Policy
The clients will be charged a cancellation fee at AED 5,000 during an event of cancellation based on Management approval.
Third Party Committee & Delays
The Client acknowledges that the Golden Visa application process is subject to review and approval by a newly established immigration committee (the "Committee") formed by the relevant UAE immigration authority. The timeline for the Committee's review and approval is indefinite and not within the control of PRYPCO. Accordingly, PRYPCO makes no representations or warranties regarding the duration of the processing period.
PRYPCO shall bear no liability, financial obligation, or responsibility of any kind arising from delays, rejections, or any action or inaction by the Committee or any government authority, including but not limited to re-application fees, cancellation fees, visa stamping fees, medical fees, Emirates ID fees, or any other government, administrative, or third-party charges whatsoever. All such costs, if incurred, shall be borne solely and exclusively by the Client.
Mandatory Applicant Presence
The applicant’s physical presence in the UAE is mandatory during certain stages of the residency process, including biometrics, medical testing, and Emirates IF registration.
Prypco must be informed of travel dates at least three (3) weeks in advance to schedule government appointments.
Applications must be submitted in person by the applicant at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) Cube Centre when required. Representatives or third parties are not allowed to attend or submit documents on the applicant’s behalf.
Security & Government Processing Delays
Applicants understand that UAE immigration authorities may require extended security checks or additional review at their sole discretion, which can significantly increase processing time.
No refunds, compensation, or reimbursement shall apply for delays caused by government clearance procedure or authority discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Prypco shall not be liable for:
Delays or refusals caused by UAE authorities
Changes in immigration laws or eligibility rules
Rejection due to applicant history, documentation, or compliance issues
Any indirect or consequential losses
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
