Prior to joining PRYPCO, Damien was Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Nomad Homes, where he played a key role in building one of the region’s emerging digital real estate platforms. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Uber, where he spent several years driving growth and operational excellence across multiple markets, including leading Uber Eats in the GCC. His tenure at Uber was defined by scaling complex, multi-market operations and building high-performing teams in fast-paced, competitive environments. At PRYPCO, Damien is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution across its expanding ecosystem, which spans fractional property ownership, mortgage solutions, and digital real estate infrastructure. He works closely with the founding team to drive operational efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and support the company’s continued regional and international expansion. With a background that combines marketplace scaling, operational leadership, and strategic execution, Damien brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to building sustainable, high-growth businesses.
