Joseph El Am

Joseph El Am is a senior executive in the financial services and real estate technology space, with over a decade of experience spanning fintech, wealth management, and proptech across the MENA region and international markets. He currently serves as General Manager and Senior Executive Officer of PRYPCO Blocks and PRYPCO Mint, where he leads the development, regulation, and scaling of innovative platforms focused on fractional real estate investment and asset tokenization, driving greater accessibility and transparency in property investing. Prior to joining PRYPCO, Joseph was General Manager of StashAway MENA, having previously served as Deputy General Manager, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s regional expansion, overseeing key growth, regulatory, and operational initiatives. Earlier in his career, he led business development efforts across Francophone Africa at Temenos, working closely with banks and financial institutions on large-scale core banking and technology implementations. Joseph began his career as an external auditor at PwC, building a strong foundation in financial services, governance, and risk management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Banking & Finance from Lebanese American University.
